At Rave Wonderland, we want you to feel confident and vibrant in your festival gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of arrival, and your refund or store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
