When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and face masks are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Since festival wear often features unique fabrics like spandex and mesh, we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Rave Wonderland ships worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen courier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
